This was the moment everything changed.

I was tired of being a fat f*ck.

In the first photo, I was 400 pounds. I drank a lot, partied a lot, lived reckless, and stayed distracted. I looked like a dweeb — but that wasn’t who I was. That version of me was intentional. I was hiding, numbing, and avoiding the work I knew I needed to do.

The real breaking point wasn’t a scale or a doctor visit. It was when my fat ass didn’t fit on the Harry Potter ride. The seat wouldn’t close, they stopped the ride, and walked me off in front of everyone. I didn’t get mad at the workers or blame the ride. It was 100% my fault — and that embarrassment stuck with me.

Fast forward to the second photo — 150 pounds down. I don’t drink at all anymore. No partying, no excuses, no distractions. I fit on every ride now, physically and mentally.

Most of this weight came off without much gym at all. I’m not a dietician and I’m not a personal trainer — I just share what worked for me. That was fasting, eating clean real food, taking sea moss, and fixing my habits and discipline.

Only in the last 2.5 months did the gym become my home. Late nights, early mornings, missed holidays, birthdays, and New Year’s. None of that mattered to me, because I know what I’m building and I know what I refuse to go back to.

And I’m not done. I still have more weight to lose, more work to do, more discipline to earn, and more growth ahead. I’m not selling motivation or shortcuts — I’m just documenting the journey honestly.

If you’re tired of feeling stuck or lying to yourself, I get it. I lived it. If you want to follow along or have questions about what worked for me, reply to this email.

No fluff. No fake promises. Just real work.
